Blair Collins

Starting out working on school holidays as a teen and all throughout his university studies, Blair has been moulded around this business from its beginnings.  Working under his dad and previous owner, Rod, he gained experience working in every department of the business – from sweeping floors, to manufacturing, installations and general business day to day he has gained an extensive knowledge of the entire company structure.  He was Production Manager for 7 years before taking over the family business and becoming Director in 2020.

Blair is always good for light hearted banter or joke, while keeping the well-oiled Guardian machine in motion!
